Owner Todd Senft is a second-generation renovator. “My dad was a builder and contractor in the Valley,” he explains. “One day, while managing a restaurant, I realized working evenings was for the birds.” Todd soon quit the hospitality industry and started working for his father during the day, while taking business courses at night.

“I purchased a property in Chilliwack and started working on it,” he adds. “I ended up selling it and bought another in Abbotsford.” By 2004, Todd branched out on his own and for nearly two years he worked projects from Abbotsford to Vancouver and all points in between. By 2006, his business was doing so well he opted to work exclusively in the Vancouver area.
