Urban Eyes Doctors of Optometry Dr Nurudin Ahmed

I went into the store April 2019 to get a prescription for eyeglasses and received a prescription that was only usable in their store. I am on a limited income and I buy my glasses online and I have not been able to because I still do not have a usable prescription. I have got my prescriptions there in the past with no problem, but now they want you to shop in their store and nowhere else. They were somewhat rude and unhelpful when I tried to get this measurement after.

The optometrist was good but the lack of customer service made our overall experience terrible.

An exceptional business! With super STAFF. One gets the Royal treatment all the way through!

Nothing but a constant runaround and after 2 months still waiting for my prescription.
