Went over to this office today and had a terrible experience in customer service. The attendant was rude and unhelpful. I needed some assistance in deciding what kind of envelope to send with as I was sending a small item. He didn't assist with this at all but instead looked at me like I was a total inconvenience bring there. When I went up to the counter and began to write on the package I didn't have the proper pen but instead of helping he watched me scribe everything out and at the end said "well that's not going to work now is it!?!?" When I asked if I could borrow another pen he basically tossed it at me and gave me a disgusted look. Guy was a total jerk.
