I was in a lot of pain. The dental staff including receptionist, dental assistant and dentist did their very best to take care of my every need. This included getting a warm blanket for me when I was shivering on the dentist's chair and phoning Great West Life to verify my insurance coverage. The dentist redid the hot/cold test a few times to ensure she was getting accurate results. They were patient with me when I confused pain for a cold feeling. They also referred me to a specialist.
