The worst cab company in Winnipeg, the cabs are usually filthy and full of graffiti, and they are never on time, I called a cab an hour in advance for a doctor's appointment two days in a row and they never showed both times, I highly recommend calling unicity taxi instead the service there is 100 times better than this joke company
My usual go-to for taxi service. Like many businesses, some drivers are excellent, some less so. Business is dependable and reliable though!

I called Duffys Taxi on the 26-09-2018 at 10.04pm from 22 Scurfield Boulevard. I am still in shock as to the kind of experience i got. In an era where customer service is key,this is 2018. I cant believe that some companies still keep such rude personnel on their payroll.I really would like the Quality Control Team of Duffys Taxi to investigate this call and decide if for sure any customer deserves the attitude the staff portrayed. Today I had an exceptional driver. I had to leave work due to extreme lower back pain. The driver I had was very nice, sympathetic and when it came time to get out of the cab he assisted me out of the cab and offered to walk me to my door. I hope my driver today reads this and realizes how much his kindness meant to me. Thank you!
Dispatcher was very rude Tried to indicate safety and privacy issues when I declined giving my suit number They refused service citing driver safety ???! In this day and age personal information can not be demanded Shouldn’t matter where I am my safety should be paramount to my service providers I have had some bad experiences as a woman travelling alone for business most of them with cab drivers asking personal questions like am I alone and what floor my apartment is on
Rude operator when i called. Taxi took forever to come???
Last night when we were going back to our hotel a Duffy Taxi driver number 270 was asking 15.00 cash up front or we were not getting in so I told him we do have that much we only go 11.00 then he said give me that right now and we go I told him I'm not giving it to you right away not until when we get to our hotel so we went to our hotel rude drivers now
We booked on the app and our cab drove right past us. We called and we were on hold for twenty minutes and told that a cab would come it didn't. We called again, were put on hold and given no explanation for the delay. We were hung up on twice when we asked what was happening. Two hours later and we're still stuck at work trying to get home.
It’s completely horrible, i had a very important appointment and they arrived over an hour late, i kept calling but that probably didn’t help much. I was extremely and highly irritated
I have yet to have an issue with Duffy's being on time for anything pre-scheduled, any 'right away' ETAs, or any of the drivers being rude. The operators are fairly quick to pick up, fast on giving an appropriate ETA. The closest I've come to a driver being "rude" would be a few that are a bit more closed in. I have had plenty of nice conversations with many of Duffy's drivers who've been with the company for 5 or more years. The drivers are also very good at taking quick and efficient routes.
Just called the company regarding an issue and the operator hung up on me what terrible service and what unfair choice to the public and Winnipeg that we only have two choices of cars in both services being unacceptable can you call the car service regarding their app they should be able to answer their questions
Rude, arrogant, misogynist driver! I have used this company for more than two years now, and have an excellent track record with them. I was paying with interact and he demanded a cash deposit before he would drive me to my destination, wait, and return. If I had had cash, then I would have used it, not interact! I refused to leave the vehicle until I had spoken to the supervisor whose solution was that I PREPAY an ESTIMATED amount! I have ALWAYS paid my fare and they have these records. Brutal!
