Eric Anderson was terrific when I needed a new vehicle! I felt understood and taken care the instant I called. Eric was waiting for me when I got to the dealership and had the car I wanted to look at ready when I arrived. I really appreciated the efficiency. Eric and the sales manager Reuel were friendly, genuine and helpful. I truly felt they cared about my experience and wanted to get me a good deal. In the end I found the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. I couldn’t be happier.

The experience for me was good in the beginning. Easy and not time consuming as I dealt directly with the manager that was there at that time. I do currently lease my vehicle and have tried to follow up and correspond with the branch manager as well as another manager in the store. Communication by far was lacking and when I expressed my disappointed with the lack of follow up there has now been no communication. I cannot believe a manager would not follow up to me in regards to my concerns.

The buying experience was good. Until I had issue after the purchase. I contacted them for a week before I got a reply and then again had to wait. They finally answered a month later after I wouldn't give up and the answer was still no. Very poor backing of their vehicles.

2 vehicles, 2 bad experiences

My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Winnipeg Hyundai. Neither experience was pleasant. The first time, we bought a 2011 Santa Fe Limited, loaded with accessories. Without even mentioning it to us, they sold us the floor model. When we came to pick up the vehicle, I realized they had given us the floor model, and brought it up.
