I called 6 months ago to set up a budget account with Cozy Fuels. After giving my credit card info over the phone I was assured I didn’t have to do anything else - they would refill my oil automatically and charge me an equal amount every month. Noticed my oil was gone today - on a wonderful -10 January day! - and called to inquire. They had me listed for a different account type, claiming that I needed to call in my deliveries when I wanted them. There was no record of my call from earlier.

The best price and the best service. I called this morning because we ran out of heating oil last night. So no heating, no hot water. I was anxiously looking for any company can do emergency delivery without needing to set up special contract / extra service. You are the only one who helped so quickly so smoothly. I got the heating oil and bonus - two pieces of candy. Ehat a nice memory for your service ! Many thanks.

They know how to treat customers and they value a costomers loyalty these are 2 very rare qualities to find in a company when you find a bissness with 1 of the 2 it's a safe bet but with both it's a no brainer
