I called 6 months ago to set up a budget account with Cozy Fuels. After giving my credit card info over the phone I was assured I didn’t have to do anything else - they would refill my oil automatically and charge me an equal amount every month. Noticed my oil was gone today - on a wonderful -10 January day! - and called to inquire. They had me listed for a different account type, claiming that I needed to call in my deliveries when I wanted them. There was no record of my call from earlier.
