Asked for an estimate for removing 2 big branches of a big tree. When asked if there was a way to cut them so that the tree was not harmed, he was very vague and replied that if the tree started rotting that We would have to take it down instead of offering useful advice.

I have them out every other year and so do all my neighbours. Great work

Unprofessional

This is a small outfit and has only one arborist. I asked for a quote for pruning for the trees on my lot but they never came out to my house. When I called to asked why they never came out for a quote, the lady who answers the phone told me that they are very busy with other requests and don't really need to get my business and that's why they didn't come by or even call me back. I said the professional thing to do was to call me and inform me that they weren't coming instead of saying they would and not show up. She hung up on me. Don't waste your time like I did.
