Not good. Tonnes of staff. Not many have a clue!

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist yells and screams at costumer and is the rudest man ever. I will never step foot in here again. I myself have left this pharmacy and also my father. You will not enjoy the service here. I stitched pharmacies and they didnt even have the decency to send over my portfolio or my dads when he switched. The other pharmacy has called numerous times but they just dont have the kindest to even send it over. 0 stars for you

For years this pharmacy was outstanding. Past few months its gone down so bad we are changing to another. Rude staff. Scripts changed, yet patient not advised. 36 hours call in for script. Not filled. Unfriendly. Lacking in customer service. Travel to Amherstburg so not worth it anymore. Sad that owners have neglected to maintain its previous excellence.

Have asked for automatic refills for the last five refills, and every time they tell me they have set it up, when my script is empty and I call the pharmacy it has not been automatically refilled. This is a once a month refill prescription. If it doesn't work then be honest to customers, a simple "we're sorry that's not working for us at the moment so please remember to call a few days in advance". prolonged time for refills 1-3 days. I've had to call after 3 days a second time remind them
