The Brick

Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!

These people are absolutely shameless. They talk you into buying an extended warrantee. They don’t honour the warrantee. They have a standard operating procedure of directing customers to a non functioning web form to submit a claim. Any live person you talk to will refuse to help you in any way,telling you you have to use the form, they won’t help And don’t bother asking them to refund the fee paid for the worthless warrantee their position is they conned that money off you fair and square!

Trash service. Been waiting for 3 months for furniture and every time i call in something else is out of stock when they’re supposed to keep ALL my furniture on hold after i paid. They didnt even send me the items they had? And while i was trying to explain it to the customer service lady she started giving me looks like i was lying. Worst place, DO NOT GO. They blame everything on Covid but covid has nothing to do with holding the items i’ve already bought and were in stock.

I bought furniture and appliances for the whole house. Sukhi provided us an excellent customer service. I met Sukhi when I first went to Brick about 10 years ago and I still deal with her whenever I shop at the Brick. Whenever I go to the Brick I always have very positive experience. I have been shopping at this location of the Brick for many years. I also recommend my relatives and friends as the quality of the furniture is exceptionally good and prices are reasonable.
