This store has really good service. And the people were really helpful. They fixed a really broken XR screen within 30 minutes unlike other reputed places that take forever... almost up to a week. Anyways the prices were reasonable as well, and they’re really kind.
My Samsung S6 Edge screen was severely cracked. Took it in to Cell 2 Fix on Queen Street. The man working there replaced the screen and the back cover in less than an hour. Very friendly too, had a nice chat. Highly recommend this location if you need any repairs. Extremely happy right now! ☺?

Do not go here!!! Worst place ever. I had 2 people in my family had their phone fixed here & they had to take it back many times because there was always something that was messed up. I am personally un satisfied with the service they provided for me. I definitely don't recommend this place! If I got give this 0 stars I would.
RUN AWAY FAST- Dropped off 2 iPhone 6 Plus phones with broken screen. Both phones were being used with broken screen - the only problem with them. One phone- screen was fixed but had to take it back 2 days later because software was corrupted - it just turned off - never had this issue before screen fix. Made 3 trips to get this in working order and $200. Second phone came back - worked for 2 days and shut off. The screen was lifted off the phone, they put it in a case and gave it back so i
Couldn't find anywhere that was able to fix my phone within an hour, called cell2fix and they said to bring it in. Took less than an hour. A friend referred me here. Great people, very fast service. Sent several friends here. Very happy with everything.
Do Not Go Here! They do not fix cell phones correctly. They do not seal screens properly ensuring they lift at corners and crack causing further damage which they refuse to repair or replace. Their use of extremely cheap parts is to ensure easy breakage and continuous expenditures on repair. The repaired phones do not last longer than a week.

Hi Janita, We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. Unfortunately we were not able to assist you with a replacement under our repair warranty do to physical damaged caused after the repair by yourself and not us. However in spite of that glaring fact you conveniently left out of your review we offered then and still continue to offer you a replacement of the mentioned screen at a reduced price! (Cost of the new part). If that solution does not resolve this for you then again we are sorry you were not happy with our service but we kindly ask you to retract your statement about the quality of our parts as we feel this is slander as you are not aware of the steps we take to unsure nothing but the highest quality of replacement parts.
