Urban Accents has literally styled my entire home and it looks great. I’m incredibly happy with their products but I think they could use a little improvement on their customer service

The majority of the pieces from my home were purchased from this store and I am constantly getting compliments from friends and relatives on the furniture that I have purchased here. I would describe the furniture as modern, elegant and yet affordable. The sales associates are very knowledgable about interior design and are always willing to help me determine what would look best in my house, which is an added benefit. I will continue to shop here and I am so grateful to have found this store!

The best part about this place is the versatility it offers in terms of designs, shapes and colours. I could go here for a clean, minimalistic look or for something with a lot of colour and patterns that are young and fresh. What's more is the people here understand design and are ever helpful. It has every product possible and that makes for easy shopping especially since it's for something so personal as a home or an office space it gets easier to put everything together. Loved the experience!

Really impressed with this company! The sales rep spent a lot of time addressing my needs and answering any questions I had. I did not feel pressured to purchase any furniture at any point during my shopping experience. Recommend to new homeowners looking for unique pieces!

A friend recommended that I purchase my night tables from Urban Accents because they had the style that I was looking for and they are not expensive compared to other furniture stores. I have gone out of my way to create an account so that I can post this review because I would like to warn future customers of this store that the quality of their products is terrible and their customer service is WORSE.

Never Shop from them - Waste of time and $$$$

Worst experience, I have spent $5000 to buy furniture, They mentioned at the time of delivery check every thing but their delivery guy (worst person) said I don't have time to open box and show you each piece and if any issues you contact the shop. My mistake I trusted , so glass side table with cracks and I called - for 3 days response that they will get back and finally free advice to have this replaced on my expense Does not cover anything and it's my fault I have mishandled the furniture
