My experience with Eco Technology has been great. I got a water filter and hepa filter and I’m loving it. I got my mom to get one as well and she is really noticing a big difference with the quality of her water.
Nothing but lies and deceit. Absolutely horrific experience with Eco Technology. Representatives provided misrepresented information to my non-English speaking mother to sign up for a descaler. I've tried to come to a resolution with them and they're not responsive. I've called numerous times and have been spoken to rudely. I've sent a formal letter indicating the problem at hand, with no response.
I wanted to express how incredible this company is and how helpful they were in answering all my questions, at first I didn't feel that I was making the right decision but after speaking to someone from the office they cleared up all my questions and concerns. Eco Technology even called me after I had my water filter installed to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I was happy, now that's some quality customer service!!!
I have an eco technology uv and descaler in my home and they have improved my water taste, you can taste how pure it is now. The installer was great he did a professional job, didn't leave a mess and he showed me the difference before and after the filters were installed. I felt that I had such a good experience that I needed to share :)
Just recently got a reverse osmosis for my home from eco technology, I am very pleased with the system. Especially with the beautiful faucet they gave me! I was given a fair price but worth it. Installation of the system was quick with no complaints, the gentleman took the curtesy to take his shoes off outside the door. Overall the choice I made was a valuable one, glad to have the pleasure in dealing with eco technology.

I just got my reverse osmosis and water softener system, at an affordable price might I add! I could not be happier with both systems. So many benefits, I am truly seeing the savings and advantages with my systems.
I have an eco technology reverse osmosis water filter system for drinking water. When I first heard about this water filter system I didn't understand why it was such a benefit.. Now that I have it, I see all the benefits and the reason why I went with Eco Technology is because their service was outstanding!! I called them and the price and warranty I got I couldn't refuse. Trust me, go with eco technology for a reverse osmosis system.
We have wonderful water softener from eco technology, saves my family money on our heating bill every month much lower now with water softener. This company very good for installation and keep us happy with warranty they give us.
