Westowne Mazda

The girl who works the service desk - Shannan? -is extremely rude. No customer service training at all. Yelled at me, told me to leave and refused to get me the manger when I wanted to complain - said he want there when he was. I have a brand new mazda’s that I was planning on servicing at Westowne but after 4 hours to do an oil change and the extremely rude yelling girl at service - I will never go back. I recommend not going there unless you are looking for poor and abusive service
