No Stars to give! Terrible service. Parcel was shipped from a merchant to Sudbury. The tracking only got me to the 9th of December. I started to track my parcel down on the 16th. Was to get a call back. Called a day later since I didn’t receive that call. To find out that it is now in the hands of another service. Never informed until a second call. That is over 2 hours of waiting to find out I need to pick it up myself. No notice online with the tracking. Nothing!!
