Asked for 1/2 head foil highlights. Words don’t describe my despair n sadness. Went back asking for a refund aft I got a closer look, was told they “don’t give refunds if it’s not warranted”, offered no apology and acted like “a few more foils will fix it”. I felt like I was being told that this really isn’t that bad. Sure they offered to fix it but who would trust anyone in this place to fix this atrocity? Now I’m left without my money and hair I won’t go into public with.
