Poor Customer Service

Not impressed with our shopping experience. Family operated but not the family operated friendly atomoshere or customer service you would expect. Not a pleasant experience, very rude, inpatient, and you do not get one on one service. Return policy is very poorly rated and we fell we were mislead for our sale. Defective merchandise received but no after sale service and not helpful at all. Think it may be time to get out of the business. Regret purchase after experience and will not buy from again or recommend.

Great Store
