Id like to publicly thank Andrea at GoGlass. I had my windshield broken with a foot-long crack.The original estimate would have been around $600, not worth an insurance claim given our $500 comprehensive deductible. Through her extensive knowledge of the available products, she managed to get the cost down below $500. I really appreciated her efforts, the shiny clean new windshield and the dusted dashboard. The customer service is why we always choose GoGlass Guelph.

Were able to accommodate me with no appointment. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was quick and the work was quality. Would definitely come back for future service.

Best service I have ever had anywhere in Guelph! Called and they didn't have my windshield glass in stock, but had it ordered from the Kitchener location and delivered in 30 minutes, and installed within the hour! And all this on a Friday and I had my vehicle back before closing time! Another glass place told me to be prepared to have no vehicle for half a day and they couldn't do it till Monday. I am beyond impressed with Go Glass!!

These guys are AMAZING! more then 5/5 stars. I dropped my car off on a Friday night and they took care of everything from my insurance to making sure the car was ready for pick up the next morning (on a Saturday!). I didn't have to do a thing. I can't forget to mention that they washed my front mats and vacuumed the carpets, unreal! service 10/5 easily. highly recommend!
