My home was leased out within 15 days with Timbri. The team was awesome and I could always expect a quick response from Tim & the office. I would recommend any landlord who is looking for a property manager to hire Timbri to manage their properties.

Tim is a breath of fresh air. Our condo corporation meetings are pleasant and efficient. Tim can be seen regularly on site personally addressing any issues that owners may have that can not be addressed through email or a phone call. Tim is able to effectively communicate with the tenants and owners that moves items forward and completed in a most timely manner.

This is simply the best property management company in Guelph. Ive been on the Board of Directors of a Guelph condo for over 10 years, and went through several PM companies. This one - delivers!!

Worst property management company ever. Would give zero stars if possible. Wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE, stay away from these people.

I have had a great experience. Whenever an issue has come up Tim has dispatched out service tech's and it's been fixed within 24 hours or close too depending on the urgency. My privacy is respected and I am always allotted notice before anyone is coming onto property.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. This company will completely ignore your communications and maintenance requests for weeks. Living in one of their poorly maintained properties has been a terrible experience.
