Rude

I called this office to make to see if an accounting service I required could be performed. A simple question.... I was first asked who I was (why should that matter) and then that I would have to pay for any advice. I wasn't asking for advice at that point, just inquiring whether they could help. He pretty much hung up on me. So rude, I've never been spoken to like that in my life. Never would call there again and will tell anyone I know not to call here.
