Chicago Style Pizza Shack

On the heels of the ridiculous review below, I had to get back to CSPS. Went with my son last night. Got there early and was forced to stare through the window watching the guys get ready for the night -- talk about a tease Food was great as always. Tables were full and a busy take-out line as well. Always happy with this place!

It isn't pretentious fine dining, it's just the best italian food in the city. Service is friendly and quick, clientel are fun people, portions are huge and the quality is excellent. what more can you ask for? Next time you are thinking Italian, do your self a favour....go

best ever

I always get the gnocchi with white sauce and my god is it ever good..i crave this dish at least once a week. i have had their appetizers including the brushetta bread, etc. and they they have all been delicious. I ordered their deep pan pizza once. Altough very good im still a thin crust kind of girl so probably wouldnt order that again. However my overall impression was good. Great service and great food.

Best and only deep dish in the region!

Chicago Style Pizza is possibly the best pizza place I have ever gone too, small place but huge flavor! It has a variety of things going for it appetizers, pasta, subs. Though as delicious as they are that not the reason I go, I go for the deep dish “Chicago style” pizza. I lived right around the corner from it with my ex fiancé, it’s where she worked before i dated her; she got me hooked on it. They give a wide section of types you can pick from and you can even select your own, I prefer picking one off the menu they are never disappointing, for example you can get the meat lovers deep dish or as they call it in the restaurant the “no self-respect” pizza it’s a delicious mix of layer upon layer of delicious meats such as pepperoni, meatballs, bacon, ham and extra cheese. This doesn’t disappoint a small can feed a small family! By far the best in the city!

CHEESY!

I recently went here with my boyfriend and my arteries have not recovered since. We ordered a pizza pie, which was jam packed and covered with cheese, cheese and more cheese! I looove cheese so I was in cheese heaven, I could not eat more than two slices! It was a bit pricy, but definately good for those who need a pizza and cheese fix! We had to take half of it home because it was so filling, but very tasty! Next time I may give some of the pasta a try, looking over at others meals the sizes were quite large and they looked delicious.
