I dont' know how anyone claims that they have great wings. They are the size of budgie wings! The sauce tastes great but that is about it. I've had much bigger and better wings pretty much anywhere else than here.
It's a love/hate relationship with this location. Love their wings, hate the service. I agree with KarenA 100%, I've been ordering from here for over 10 years and I have never had good service. When you call to order, it's like you're interrupting their time.
If you don't like your job, either keep it to yourself or it's time to get another job.
Because of this, I've stopped ordering from Upper Ottawa and order it from Upper Paradise and Stoney Creek (Stoney Creek location has good service and the food even tastes better).
Some of the girls at work convinced me to try the Chicken sandwich from Red Rockets. It was delicious! It was ready quickly, and pickup and multiple methods of payment went smoothly. There was no mix up on the multiple orders! I really enjoyed the service and the food itself! I would order again from Red Rockets and I would now be the one to convince someone to give it a try!

REALLY good wings. We've ordered from here many times and the product is consistently excellent. The place itself is nothing to look at - but hey, you're just picking up. We've also had the ribs - they're also excellent & their home made fries you will actually eat. The veg that comes with the wings is a little weird - GIANT carrot pieces - (we tend to ignore the veg). This place gets very busy on weekends - you may have to call a couple times to get through. the staff that takes your order can sometimes be a little dense. Being able to just renew your previous order saves a lot of time.
I have a serious addiction to these wings...and the blue cheese sauce. I work in the area 3-4 days a week and Iget them almost every time......my roommate makes me order her some to bring home. the are AMAZING!!

I am a big fan of chicken wings and after hearing that these are the "best wings in Hamilton", I had to give these a shot. I had high expectations for the wings but overall they were just ok, nothing special.
I ordered "hot" wings and I got "hot BBQ" which is not the same. Not impressed that the order taker didn't clarify this for me especially since I asked her how hot the "Blazing Hot" wings were and I told her I was a first time customer. However, the sauce was actually pretty good so I wasn't too disappointed. They do not have your typical hot, medium or mild sauce. It's either hot BBQ, medium BBQ or mild BBQ. Remember this before you order.
Definitely not the "best wings in Hamilton" but would order again just to try the blazing hot.
I love chicken wings....a lot, and these rank among the best I've eaten! As people have said, the service is nothing to be proud of and deffinately needs attention, but for what you get the prices are fantastic.

Wings are very good....excellent sauces..they are rather sweet, however it is nice to have a hot sauce that is more than just Red Hot. For people that like hot don't order hot barbecue, as it is quite mild...Blazin Hot is the way to go if you like a little zip! Overall always very good wings and decent bang for your buck really.

The wings were amazing. I was a little disapointed that the hot wings wer actually hot bbq - so they were sweet. Other than that the wings were awsome.
The garlic bread with cheese sucked. It took over an hour to deliver the food (was told it would take 30 minutes to 45 mins). The price was really good too (really cheap for so much food).
