    Wonderful piano s...

    Wonderful piano services! We have Henry Hong tuned our upright piano for almost 20 years. Recently we bought a used grand piano, which haven't been used for more than 5 years. We asked Henry to tune this piano for us. After tuning, we found there are some other issues, such as some of the key sounded too sharp, etc. We called Henry, he came, not only soften the sound and fixed some keys but also explained to us what were the root causes. We are very happy with his service. Thank you Henry!!!

    Wonderful tuner

    Mr Hong has been tuning my piano since 2001 when my piano teacher recommended him. I just got my piano tuned last week and I'm really satisfied with the sound and his service. I called to book an appointment (I left a message with his staff and he called me back at my preferred time) and we settled on a day within the next few days. I have seen him tune over the years and he's a professional and is kind. I'm glad my piano is in capable hands and I have no need to look elsewhere.Highly recommend.

    Won't ever do businss with them again

    We had Henry, a Piano Consultant from Hong's Piano Service, tuned our piano at the beginning of 2012. We bought new Yamaha and had the first free service from a piano gallery. When Henry came over and complained the first technician did poor job, therefore, our piano needed a tuning now and another one in 3 months. About a month later Henry's service, one of the key made funny noise. Since we were hiring him back in 3 months, we ignored the problem. After Henry's second service, he told us it would be good for a year; however, another key sounded badly after 2 months, so we contacted him. He yelled at us over the phone and said it was our piano problem it was not his fault and he had never promised the tune service guaranteed for a year... So we asked how long it would last, a day, a month, or 3 months. Henry from Hong’s Piano Service is not only has bad technical skills, but also have bad attitude. We paid almost two hundred dollars for his horrible service. Customer, please BE AWARE!!!
