#1 - PHO (PHUH)
A traditional beef noodle soup. Vietnamese rice noodles layered with medium-well beef in our homemade broth. Garnished with white onions, green onions and cilantro, garlic oil, lemon and served with hoisin sauce and Sriracha.
#2 - HU TIEU (HOOI DIEU)
A simple chicken and seafood noodle soup. Vietnamese rice noodles, chicken and shrimp, in our homemade broth, and garnished with cilantro, green onions and garlic oil. This comforting soup is served with a shrimp cake, hoisin sauce and Sriracha.
#3 - CHA GIO (JAY-YAW) SPRING ROLLS
Our famous deep-fried spring rolls, which are made from scratch daily, are filled with a delicious minced pork and shrimp mixture, wrapped in rice paper and served with Nuoc Mam.
#4 - GOI CUON (GOI GWUNG) SALAD ROLLS
For something fresh and light, these rice paper rolls are made of rice noodles, fresh greens and your choice of shrimp OR tofu. These are cold appetizers and are served with hoisin sauce.
#5 - BUN CHA GIO (BOONG JAY YAW)
A variation of the popular 'No. 6'. Vietnamese rice noodles and spring rolls (3), topped with fresh greens and roasted peanuts. Served with Nuoc Mam for flavour.
#6 - BUN CHA GIO THIT NUONG
(BOONG JAY YAW TIT NOONG)This dish is a signature dish of Vietnamese cooking and the hands-down favourite at Saigon Delights. Vietnamese rice noodles, spring rolls (2) and your choice of grilled meat, topped with fresh greens and roasted peanuts. Served with nuoc mam to flavour.
#7 - BO BUN (BAW BOONG)
Another variation of the other noodle dishes. Vietnamese rice noodles, fresh greens, and roasted peanuts, topped with a spicy stir-fry of beef in red curry. Served with nuoc mam for added flavour.
#8 - COM XAO MANG CARI (GOM SOW MANG GA-RI)
A tasty dish of beef, peppers and bamboo shoots, done in a red curry and served over a bed of rice. (Spicy)
#9 - GA XAO CHUA NGOT (GA SOW JEWA NG-OC)
For those who like sweet and sour, this is the dish to try. A spicy, sweet and sour stir-fry of chicken, pineapple and mixed vegetables, served over a bed of rice.
#10 - COM CARI DO (GOM GA-RI DAW)
A flavourful stir-fry of mixed vegetables, red curry, coconut milk and your choice of beef, chicken, shrimp OR tofu, served over a bed of rice. (Spicy)

A 'Saigon' staple. A simple but popular stir-fry of chicken and bok choy, done in green curry and a blend of other spices, with coconut milk and served over a bed of rice. (Spicy)

A tasty dish of grilled pork OR chicken, smothered in a mildly spicy peanut sauce and served over a bed of rice.
#15 - COM THIT XAO XA (GOM TIT SOW SA)
A deliciously spicy stir-fry of beef, chicken, shrimp OR tofu, with lemon grass and peanuts, and served over a bed of rice.
#16 - BANH XEO (BUN SEOW)
Vietnamese-style crepes made from a blend of rice flour, coconut milk and yellow curry, filled with minced chicken, shrimp and beansprouts, topped with fresh greens and served with nuoc man to flavour.
#17 - COM XAO CARI VANG (GOM SOW GA-RI YAANG)
Chicken and shrimp done in a mildly spicy yellow curry with mixed vegetables and served over a bed of rice.
#18 - COM XAO CAI (GOM SOW KAI)
A tasty stir-fry of tofu and assorted Asian vegetables (bok choy, bamboo and shitake mushrooms), served over a bed of rice.
