Prenatal Pearl 3D Baby Ultrasound

TERRIBLE! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Completely rude and unprofessional. She is nice up until the point that you pay her. Then, she doesnt show up for appointments, is very moody and negative and will not be soft with you during the pregnancy. She refused to give us our 2nd 30 minute ultrasound from the package. We had to contact her multiple times to send the photos (as promised in our package). Avoid at all costs. Its not worth the $ or stress during your pregnancy

Went for a gender scan and would highly recommend the service to anyone else seeking a first or a second opinion. Rahila provided exceptional and friendly service, demonstrated technical competence, and took the time to answer all our queries. 100% satisfied customer.

We had an awesome experience at Prenatal Pearl 3D! It is truly incredible to see our baby in 3D! The staff is amazing:)! I love all the images and especially we are thankful to the staff for this great experience!! So amazing!! Thank you for memories that will last a lifetime! We can not wait to meet our precious little one.

I got the 200$ package(gender/27week imaging). She was very kind and friendly. Frist appointment went good. Second appointment baby was sleeping in a bad position so she asked to come back another day. That day to baby was not a good position so we got only a few. She asked to pay extra 50$ for another app. I wish they mention that if baby is on a bad angle then we have to pay extra cause I didn’t find it fair for 200$ I didn’t get what I paid for even though it was the baby’s angle.

We had a positive experience at Prenatal Pearl. The technician was very patient and informative, explained what the baby was doing. It was incredible being able to see the baby at 24 wks sucking her thumbs, yawning. Our second scan at 29 wks was a bust, baby was uncooperative after 20 min of coaxing, so the tech offered a re-scan. We rescanned at 31 wks, baby still uncooperative but we persevered for 40 mins as the tech didn't want to let us go without a few good face shots. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had an experience of a lifetime with our Sunday visit to Prenatal Pearl. We were greeted by Rahila when we arrived and were immediately brought into the ultrasound room. Rahila was kind, funny, patient and most of all very knowledgable in her field of study. She throughly went through all of my baby's features and little mannerisms. She even was able to catch the baby smiling. Thank You, Rahila! You truly changed everything for the best, we bought our first dress right after.

Our experience was awesome, even though we were running late when we arrived we weren't rushed at all. Felt so comfortable and theinside was very professional. Baby had his legs crossed but she knew what to do to get baby to cooperate! Will definetly reccomend Prenatal Pearl to all my friends.

Our 3D/4D imaging of our first baby boy was such a special and memorable moment. We found prenatal pearl from our OB office and are so happy that we decided to book an appointment. The technician was so kind and patient. Our baby boy was very stubborn and refused to show his face. She told us to take a walk and have something sweet to eat. We came back to continue the ultrasound and she was able to take beautiful pictures of our baby's face. We would definitely recommend prenatal pearl:).

Excellent service! Rahila, the technician, did her best to get the best pictures for us. She was very friendly and accommodating. The place is very nice, clean and enjoyable with a big screen. Had a great experience. Totally recommend this place.

Unacceptable Horrible Service.

Technician showed up 30 minutes late for our appointment, we proceeded to book a second appointment paid $200 and because the baby was in an awkward position after 10 min of trying, I was told I'd have to come back and pay again for another appointment. Also got major attitude when the tech had to re-record the heart beat. Was also refused when I asked for a call from the supervisor. I hope the supervisor sees my reviews.

Amazing experience at Prenatal Pearl! The setting is very comfortable and I was happy that all my family could come in the room. We saw the baby and Rahila wa able to identify the gender right away. The quality of the services is amazing and the prices too. After doing some research I believe that Prenatal Pearl has the best prices in the GTA. Also, the schedule is great! Extended hours makes it easier to involve the whole family with seeing the baby. I am very happy that I found this place

Had amazing time!...

Had amazing time! Got to view my son, and it was just heart warming to see him. Rahila, the technician, was outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure we got the right view and picture of our son. She was extremely professional, and very friendly. If anyone is looking to do a 3D ultrasound this is the place to do it. 5 stars!!

hat a GREAT experience!!! Rahila was super professional and very friendly. She was very patient with us as our baby was not being very cooperative in the beginning. We got some great photos and a good idea of what our child will look like when he is born. Strongly recommend to anyone thinking of trying.

We went to Prenatal Pearl because we wanted to be 100% sure of our baby's gender. 3D doesn't lie. :) My husband and I had an amazing experience connecting with our baby, who was confirmed 110% girl! Rahila, was very passionate and knowledgeable. She was also very thorough. We truly felt connected with our baby, seeing her for the first time. We purchased the Pearl Package and it was well worth it. Such wonderful memorabilia that I can show my baby when she's finally here. We would definitely go

We had a wonderful experience at Prenatal Pearl. The technician (Rahlia) was very sweet, and knowledgeable. I went in at 26 weeks, but baby girl was not being cooperative. Rahlia asked if we could come again for better photos, so we did. We came back a few days later, and finally captured some beautiful photos of our baby girl. I am so pleased with my experience at Prental Pearl.

we went to Prenatal Pearl for a 3D/4D Ultrasound. Rahila has been very patient with us and spent a good 2 hours trying to get some nice shots for us. After I am satisfied, Rahila was not satisfied herself and insisted we went back again in a few weeks time to do another session for free and this time more nicer images were captured. Rahila has been friendly, patient and professional. It is a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Prenatal Pearl to anyone.
