Poor customer service at the beauty boutique; I walked away empty handed and will not go back to that location. I asked a question about a Quo product, the sales associate said, I dont know and walked away from me. seriously??
I would advise people to have their prescriptions filled elsewhere. The wait times are growing till now it is typically 1.5 hours for them to put a sticker on a box and sell it to you. Last night was the last straw for me when the assistant pharmacists told me pointedly that they were doing me a favour. I mistakenly thought I was spending my hard earned money at their business
Unprofessional. Purchased items and requested a bag after close of transaction. Customer service supervisor barked at me, "we charge for bags" to which I responded "why didn't you ask me to purchase one?" (debit transaction). She said, "it's stated right here" and points to a picked apart and worn away sticker (completely illegible). I couldn't help but chuckle thinking she was kidding. She then raises her voice in presence of customers and says "well it's everywhere". $0.05 cost them a customer
Very disappointed with new management, used to be a good one and was using for last 7 years. New employees and owner doesnt know anything about customer care,very rude. Never ever go back again.
