SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HASSLE!
If you're looking for a professional chartered accountant, LOOK ELSEWHERE. These people were the most rude, unprofessional, and incompetent individuals that I have ever dealt with. I had to chase them down to get things done and wait days for a returned urgent phone call. They gave me conflicting and incorrect information and policies. By the end of my business relationship with them, they got NOTHING accomplished but got paid for it anyways. Save yourself the time and headache.
