    Excellent and friendly service

    I consider myself lucky finding Transatlas to move my belongings from California to Quebec. They really have pride in their work. They have very accommodating movers with a lot of patience. We have underestimated the moving size but driver Memet was very hardworking to complete the loading with only one helper. Their service was as good as my last move from Canada to USA. It was more economical moving service than expected. They also managed the customs clearance and delivery professionally.

    Terrible moving experience

    Transatlas was THREE WEEKS LATE with my belongings, there was damage to my desk, and a box missing. There was little to no communication and no apology. They arrived 2 days early but no one contacted me. I might have been able to arrange for storage or for the apartment to open early if someone had notified me. They took the shipment back to Canada! They gave me delivery dates 3 times, but didn’t show up.
