After ten years of coming here, was seated and then asked to leave barber's chair for someone who had an appointment by the owner. Customer was seven minutes early for his appointment. Very rude. Will not be coming back.

I go there a lot, 90% of the time it's a good cut, 10% of the time it's a bad one. They don't force small talk which is nice.

Great neighbourhood salon. Staff is friendly and knowlegeable. Love the fact I can get a downtown style, cut, colour without the expense and parking hassles. Convenient spa services next door too.

terrible service, very rude employees

Went there for some hair removal laser treatments. The worst experience ever. The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude, they don't greet you when you arrive, they don't tell you what to do and just ignore you when you walk in. And when I didn't "prep" my hair the way they wanted me to, they scolded me like I was an idiot. Well sorry!! Save your time and money, don't go there. I'd give no stars if the rating would let me.
