Enterprise Rent-A-Car South of 401

This was a first time for me renting car from discount car rental and it was really bad experience for me. I did online reservation for a car and I got an email confirmation for that with a barcode to show at the time of pickup. A day before my reservation they called me and at that time I was in a subway so couldn't get a call or had no idea that they called me. Next day when I went there for a pickup, receptionist told me that my reservation is canceled because I did not pick up a call. I

Rude Rep and dirty car!!!!

I wish I could give them zero star!!! I am a regular customer of Discount from any location but the first time I rented at this location was terrible. I rented a standard size car and they gave me an old car with scratches all over. The seats were disgustingly stained. They told me that I will be the last customer who will use the car because after that its going on sale. The second time I called in to pick-up the car,the rep named Adam was so rude on the phone. His phone etiquette was terrible!

I had a horrible ...

I had a horrible experience with them. We rented 2 cars with them. We arrived to their agency to pick up the cars,the guy told us our French driving licences were not enough & that we needed international ones as it was company policy. We had them on the phone days before,nobody ever mentioned that to us when we asked they said French licences were fine. We have used this company before in other agencies in Canada we were never asked to have international licences before. This is outrageous!!!
