Horrible Plumbing Service. Pinedale Properties uses them for their apartment buldings. Three large men refusing to speak with me about a plumbing issue while after they barged into my apartment. Instead, every time I asked them a question or attempted to give them information, they ignored me and spoke to each other in a different language. Our apartment building was experiencing a sewer lateral backup, coming up through all of the first floor tenant's bathtubs. They did not know what that was.

I can’t even rate this company. My condo uses them and had them install equipment for the condo corporation. They then caused a $16,000 plus flood in my unit.

just terrible plumber was very disrispectfull on top of a sloppy job do not hire!

Horrible service. The employees are as if they were trained from a elementary or kindergarten school teacher level. There is not a single molecule of knowledge that came from the secretary or the operator lady who answers the phones when calling the company directly. It’s pathetic and also embarrassing on there behalf. At some points of conversation I actually felt like I had to slowly break things down for them or let them ramble on over nothing that even mattered when conversating about work.

Firenza Plumbing charged me for repairs which the previous owner of my unit had already paid for. I made the mistake of signing a blank invoice (which I assumed meant $0, as repairs had been paid for as condition of the sale of the unit). When I disputed the $300+ invoice, they phoned me numerous times threatening to put a lien on my condo, and then had a collections agency pursue me.
