Funeral event with family. So sad to say , first time there ! and it will be my last . I have already apologized to my family for poor food quantity and lack of interest in serving us.
Your buffet food was not up to a reasonable standard. Quantities were minimal, Pizza looked like appetizers. Vegetable and potato trays always empty. Invisible dessert and where was the coffee? We will never go there again. I don't think this place will last log
Just attended a 70th Birthday party. Great atmosphere, enjoy the pasta the sauce is so authentic also had the bison short ribs they were tasty and tender the meat fell off the bone. The service was perfect we were served by a young gentleman he was attentive but not over barring, Wonderful place for private functions definitely going back.
Quaint Italian restaurant the food was delicious full of flavors, loved the pasta sauce very true to our Italian heritage. The branzino was my favorite gentle flavours that allow the fresh taste of the fish to come true. The young man who service was wonderful attentive but not over barring. All in a very nice atmosphere. Definitely will go back with friends.
Lovely family owned place, great ambiance, great service. I don't know what the previous reviewer is referring to as I too went there with a Groupon and was treated with the utmost respect. The food is excellent, and the dessert was great, beautiful homemade tiramisu! It is in a business area so doesn't seem to get much foot traffic, but nevertheless the place has been around for 20+ years and doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!
Our first visit we thought being new customers they might be happy and welcome us. Instead from the moment we sat down the service was forced and miserable. Spanish people with heavy accents serving italian food seemed a lit odd but that didn't matter. There entire demeanour was downright rude. Despite the food being decent we'd NEVER return. They treated us like we were some cheap couple because we had used a GROUPON coupon that they subscribed too. The place was vacant on friday night less only had 3 other tables full. No wonder why, we suspect this place will close. This staff needs training from a reality restaurant show.
Dinner was extremely good. Would have liked the grilled veggies on the salad to be freshly grilled and hot (rather than served cold on a cold salad).. but thats a personal preference. The soup was amazing.. ginger was perfectly understated. Both meat dinners were very very good (even the potatoes were sooo tasty). Grilled veggies were perfectly done - broccoli, peppers, yellow zucchini. Dessert was a bit disappointing... it was fine.. not outstanding. The house red wine was quite good. Note - we ordered 1/2 litre @ $18.00 and then another 1/2 litre. Should have ordered a litre for $25.00!
