I love pandora and i never had any problems at pandora until last christmas 2015 when my mom and sistergot a bracelete for my mother in law from the pandora store at fairview, they got a gift receipt just incase she wants to change the size or style, the bracelete was too big for my mother in law so she went to the sane pandora at fairview and a girl that works there told here she couldnt change it even though they said you canchange it with the gift receipt. It was a huge dissapointmemt that my mother in law wasturnedaway from the store and she hadto go all the way to a different pandora where they exchange it for her. Is unbelievable to have people that dont know anything about exchanges or jelewry working at the pandora at fairview. I would mention the name of the person but i rather keep it to myself because i dont want that person getting in trouble or losing her job but PLEASE HIRE COMPETENT people because for sure i wont go back at the pandora at fairview, costumer service has to be one of the first things a store should have specially after paying so much money for the product.
