I was on hold for 45 minutes then someone came on line and we were disconnected Worst bank to deal with....get with the program...have a call back number for your customers. .

You are regularly put on hold for 45 minutes or more before you can speak to a customer service rep. Avoid using Tangerine if you can.

Worst service Ive ever seen!!!! Have been trying to reach a real person for 3 days & no response. Im cancelling my account as soon as I figure how to do this!!!! Recommend dont sign up with this bank.
