The Oakville School of Music and Performing Arts was founded in 2010 by Monika Stolarz. With a focus on developing a strong musical foundation and meeting the needs of each student, the OSMPA has earned a reputation as a nurturing and dedicated music school.
Monika began piano at the age of five, continuing her musical studies at Cawthra Park Secondary School for the arts and the University of Western Ontario. “For me, music is a life long pursuit,” Monika explains. “It’s a never-ending process. There’s so much to explore in music and that’s what I love about it.”
Having completed a business degree alongside her music degree at Western, Monika wanted to open her own music school. “When the opportunity came up, I went for it,” Monika explains. “I decided to dive in.”
