Made an appt. The day of the appt., I called to confirm. When nobody answered the phone, I left a message that was not returned. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured that they were just busy. Drove my dog across town, my dog that HATES car rides, only to find NOBODY there. Lousy way to run a business.

We brought our scruffy, ailing, senior Newfoundland dog to Jennifer for some rescue grooming services. A few hours later, it was like a new puppy came home with us. Jennifer and her team did a wonderful job of dealing with a large breed dog with "issues".
