If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Service department is absolutely brutal. Customer service is so low on this dealership priorities its almost none existent. Avoid this place like the plague.
Brought in my 2014 ram 2500 megacab just before the warranty expired. Had a sound in the front end. Sharon at service was amazing. She was very polite and kept me fully informed on the process. They covered the issue completely with no cost to me. The major thing that impressed me was that the mechanic noticed a sound apart from the problem I had. He knew my warranty was almost up and set out to fix the problem under warranty. They also gave me a free rental Dodge Durango RT. Excellent.
The service department staff very rude and have no idea how to treat customers. When I booked the appointment first getting the total cost for winter tires and rims price out the door and then talking to service to book apt which they told me would take less than 1 hour to do . I show up for my apt the price has changed, parts did not note the work order on the quote given to me and then I'm told it is1.5 hour wait . Wow 1.5 hours to mount balance new tires on rims they had before my apt that could have been done inadvance .
So price was different, time waiting was longer than was ever relayed and the two girls at the service desk need a good course in customer relations. Never will I return Chrysler should hold theses dealers more accountable for their lack of care. Is this not where dealers make their money? A smile and please and thank you can go a long way
