Management treats residents poorly. I had valid concerns and they tried to make me feel bad about wanting to resolve these concerns and even tried to tell me I was using a rude tone of voice (I was using a professional/"customer service tone") and inappropriate language (I wasn't). My concerns included: staff members having walked into my (and my roommate's) bedroom without even knocking, housekeeping of common area not being carried out at all (though included in lease), among other things.
