YOUR equipment is reserved email, but ya find out its not really-send you to another location , good thing I called for a time pickup change .. though thought it was straigtened out , was promised an email confirmation and Nothing .............

Horrible. Took close to 5 hours to do a 2 hour hitch job. Evry person coming or going commented on bad service or long wait time. Bathroom is the only positive. Very nicem So if your in the area and need to releive yourself.

the worst service i received ever from anywhere for anything. called the day of the appointment to tell me they had not ordered my part yet (Appointment was set three weeks prior) failed to order parts for my hitch 3 times, impossible to contact unless you go in, and the call center was equally useless, if you can rent a truck/get your hitch installed anywhere else, do so!..
