Very Very Poor!
The company prides themselves on being a prompt service, and yet I did not receive prompt service. I waited 30 minutes after calling my cab and then decided to call and ask about the ETA of my cab. The dispatcher gave me the cab number and said he would be there in a few minutes. I waited another 15 minutes, so 45 minutes in total before calling again. I explained to the different dispatcher what happened and she checked the status of the cab. She returned after putting me on hold to inform me she was putting in a recall because the other dispatcher screwed up. I asked her how long it was going to take, she did not know, couldn't even give me an estimate. I said cancel all cabs for me then, and informed her that their guarantee of prompt service was misleading, she was very rude and hung up on me. I called Advance Unique taxi, they arrived in 10 minutes. DON'T USE ROYAL TAXI!!!!
