Appalling customer service not tho mention rude

Worst customer service ever. A simple job of fixing my front bumper, coolant, radiator and external parts like the hood, 2.5 months was needed. Further and further the date was pushed and more problems occured. The final day i went to get my car, there were more problems. The following week, i picked it up thinking the problems were over and then my A/C doesn't work. I hope no one goes to excellence auto.

They fixed my Audi and removed my trunk hooks and after a dozen of calls 7 months later they gave me the quattro badge because they missed it to install it back and yet my trunk hookes are there as they deny and customer service is terrible a girl name Jenny never returns calls even if she says so I will not go there in the future again
