My hope was that the service would be much better now that Palladino owns the dealership unfortunately this is not the case!!!! The service is absolutely terrible!!!! everytime I call to make a service appointment I get an answering machine with no call back 4 hours and once the next day I've also been trying to get a warranty claim for the past three months on my new Ram pickup truck to paint the bumper I've left messages no call back no reply never again will I purchase a vehicle there!!
