If anyone knows when her body strength is up to par, it's got to be Elise Menelakos, studio manager at Body InVest. She’s been running half-marathons around the world for years and can detect the slightest alteration in her performance. "I was introduced to Body InVest in the winter 2014 and started the program seriously the following spring. After a month of using the program, I ran the Grand Canyon Half Marathon," Elise explains. "The training really showed. I noticed that I was more resilient and my core was stronger."
Elise says that a 30-minute session of Body InVest is the equivalent of two or three times that amount of time doing weights. "This is why you see results so quickly. Your friends probably point out how good you look before you even notice!"
