Gone are the days when you’d have to visit several stores to make your dream home a reality. Eurofab, owned by William Wen since 1998, prides itself on being a one-stop shopping oasis where homeowners can pick out drapes, wallpaper, blinds, shutters, fabrics and more stress- and hassle-free. “It’s worked out great for everybody,” he says, “giving them the one-stop shopping.”

William's clients are divided almost equally between those who know exactly what they want and those who want to chat with experts before making their decision. For the latter group, he has a team of design consultants who offer expert advice every step of the way. While there is a cost for this service, once the customer purchases a set cost of items, “the store reimburses the client, so it sort of pays for that consultation," explains William. "And then from there, the decorator can take a look, measure and bring fabrics to show to the client, and the designer collaborates with the client to create their dream windows.”
