JENNY PALMA AND HER "SPA/SALON" IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT HERSELF AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BENEFITING YOU AS A CUSTOMER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE ON HER OR HER EMPLOYEES. IT'S NICE TO GO AT FIRST THEN IT BECOMES A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO WITH NO RESULTS OR BENEFITS.

By far the worst place to go to

One of the worst place to go to. Terrible customer service with unprofessional manner. The manager is terrible with dealing with customer complaints. She tried to sell more product/service instead of reconciling the complaints. She labeled herself as a "business woman". no wonder why she wasn't able to think in customer's perspective. I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone to go to this place. I just wasted my money and time!!!
