Pearl Alterations Dry Cleaning

Noor did an excellent job shortening my down coat! This is my second alteration there. The first involved changing a hemline on a dress that altered the style. He is talented and takes pride in his work. My husband adds that the shirt laundry service is excellent.

Best tailor in the city, needs to be recognized more. His job is absolutely amazing and his prices are the best! Whenever you need something done, he is your guy!

I have had a few experiences at Pearl Cleaners over the past few years and the latest speaks for itself. Not only was my clothing lost before for a week at a time, but recently a hemming job was not done properly causing one of the pairs of pants to be damaged that I gave in for hemming. I would have had to take the pants to a different tailor to be fixed and I asked for a discount on the pants. The male owner became very angry, started name calling, and became very aggressive. He wanted the full amount to be paid for work that was clearly not up to standard and resorted to belligerent behaviour and I had to call mall security. After speaking with security, this was not an isolated incident and any dissatisfied customers are routinely treated this way whereby the owner withholds any clothing until the full amount is paid although it was not done appropriately AND damaged. Use at your own risk as this business does not care about quality of work and does not care about any customer service. They are extremely rude and inappropriate and will be aggressive if you are in any way dissatisfied. I have since then received threatening and harassing phone calls from the male owner threatening to call the police and be taken to court over $8 for hemming that was not paid, although THEY are withholding the pants, which were bought from an expensive boutique store. I have offered to pay $5, just to get my pants back and give it into someone else, but they refused and want to take me to court. Do not support businesses like this!
