Do not call this store if you expect to speak to someone who works on the premises. You will reach a call centre and talk to someone who does not SAY they are in a call centre and makes you REPEAT everything until you finally say, god, please just pass me on to tech, at which point they will say this is a pilot project and a call centre. This is a TERRIBLE idea and another way to alienate the customer when they cannot speak to someone who is standing IN THE PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!!

The print center is terrible. I stood waiting to be helped trying to get there attention, while two people ignored me and one that person who directed me quickly(half assed) and left to text on her phone.
