We had a wonderful experience at Mansours Furniture! We selected a set from the many companies they work with. Our furniture arrived before expected and was delivered and set up exactly where we wanted it within our house. Prices were extremely competitive. You cannot beat their customer service. We will definitely be back!

Bought Ashley sofa set; starting from date of delivery had several problems not only with the poor product but with the horrible customer service. The owner and his son were absolutely rude and unprofessional not willing to discuss any option to our satisfaction. After several times the technician came it still wasn’t fixed. They refused to honour the manufacturers warranty wouldn’t pick it up and send it to the manufacturer to fix nor consider a refund or a store credit. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, area rugs, coffee tables for both living and family room the delivery guys scratched the hardwood floor Called Walid and refused to fix i get a problem with the lazy sofa after 11 month and 2 weeks called The store and said Walid will call me back I get busy he called after and said it is over one year refused to fix it Don’t recommend to buy from this store worst experience ever

Very good customer service and quality of furniture

Excellent customer service, price and quality of product - in and out in about 20 minutes with two extremely large area rugs and a chest of drawers to match our daughter's bedroom set. Top quality furniture (it was chosen to match a bedroom set from Coulter's) and the carpets get plenty of compliments on make and colours! Thank you!
