Absolutely awful!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! HALF-DEAD PLANTS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The owner sent a half-dead plant to my mother. Both my parents are botanists with advanced degrees in plant sciences. But when they tried to exchange the plant, the owner was incredibly shrill and disrespectful and told them that they didn't know how to take care of plants. She even said, "So what are you going to do about it? I get these complaints all the time." It seems that this sort of unprofessional and hostile behaviour is the norm at Foglie. Flowers are supposed to make people happy. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
