I had a hard time finding the car I wanted, but I finally found it at Royal Fine Motors. I drove from Belleville to see it. They assured me the car was "like brand new", they promised to include an oil change, detailing and rustproofing. When I picked it up I was told they were all done, THEY WERE NOT!, I called back and they told me to come back and they would do the work, or I could have $100....now they are not returning calls or emails....never again....

A very annoying and unforgettable experience I had while doing business with this father and sons. They taught me not to trust any business people especially car dealers. They tell lies with ease, however, I would not want the close –down of their business as a few family, I guess are making a leaving out of it. I just want to pass my experience so that you will be careful if you do business with them. Ask them write what they say and if you do not know a lot about cars take a mechanic with you.

Just bought a 2015 honda civic from them , fantastic sales team they have over here . They made my purchase smooth and fine , 3 months now and still running well . I will be sending all my friends and family here.

very nice experience, came from Whitby to come see a 2013 civic. one of the employees was very honest and straight forward with me. car is excellent and treating me well, they even let me check it at Honda and let me bring my friend who is a mechanic to check it at there own garage. thanks guys. my brother needs a car soon definitely sending him here.

I came across them through referral which my friend also bought an Honda Civic. They showed me the vehicle i was interested in . Fantastic sales team here , they really go that extra mile with there customers,I couldn't be more please with the sales and service I got . Excellent service and I will be back for something else in the near future .
